Data we collect
When you use Eufya, we store the brief you submit, the prompts and assets you upload, the runs generated by the system, and the screenshots produced by Playwright. We do not store any third-party tracking cookies on the marketing site.
Where it lives
All project data is stored on EU infrastructure (OVH or Hetzner). Backups are encrypted at rest. We do not transfer project data outside the EU unless explicitly required by you for export.
Use of LLMs
Generation steps call Anthropic Claude models via API. Anthropic does not train models on API data. Prompts and outputs are retained for 30 days for abuse monitoring then deleted, per Anthropic policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request export or deletion of your project data at any time by contacting privacy@eufya.com. Standard 30-day response window. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Cookies
The marketing site uses one technical cookie for session continuity. The app uses cookies for authentication only (managed by Clerk when enabled).
