Eufya is an AI-powered landing page builder. Each project follows a quality pipeline (Hero Decision System, Section Plan, Playwright gates) and produces a deliverable (HTML, React, or — V2 — WordPress export) under the conditions of the plan you chose.
Plans and caps
Each plan has a hard cost cap. The system blocks generation before the cap is exceeded. Reworks beyond the included number trigger a human-decision-required gate.
Ownership
You own the deliverable produced by Eufya for your project: HTML, React code, design tokens, and screenshots. We retain the right to display anonymised aggregates of generations for product improvement.
Showcase rights
For projects shown on the public Examples page, we obtain explicit opt-in from the project owner before publication. Existing examples on the site are demonstration projects we built ourselves.
Refunds
Standard and Premium plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time buyers. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Fast Preview is non-refundable due to the small scope.
Limits of liability
Eufya provides the deliverable as-is. Final review and publication are your responsibility. We are not liable for misuse, copyright violations in user-uploaded assets, or business outcomes derived from the published landing.
